Publicly accessible piece of history. The Medical Museum is just part of the charm of Hotel Dieu. The architecture of the surrounding buildings is steeped in history but no guides are available so you either know your history, have a book or pay for a local guide to get the full experience. Worth a visit nonetheless.
I had a conference in this place. Beautiful old rooms that transport you 500 years back in time. The location is central. Only thing that I missed was a vending machine or café near the conference room.
Very very interesting to see and the gentleman was so helpful. Worth a close look but I am glad medicine has gone forward since these days
Wonderful place and the ambience is magical.
Not much to see except a cute little medical history museum. It’s free though!
Nice little garden, close to Garonne river
Unfortunately medical history museum was closed for a function the day we went.
